I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Sep 2017
Interview
The interview process is a 3 step process. First you complete 2 30-minute phone interviews. They ask multiple questions about GLG and the business model. Next you will compete a case-study in which you have an hour to complete and return to HR. Finally, you will go on-site to complete 3 30-minute interviews with upper level employees.
I completed all of these steps, had all positive feedback from interviewers and managers on site. After about a week after my on-site interview, they sent me an impersonal email (my name was even spelled wrong) stating that they chose another candidate and had no feedback at this time. The interview process is far too rigorous for an entry-level job, and if you are going to require this amount of effort from a potential employee, at least have the decency to explain why a person was not the right individual for the position.
After applying online with a cover letter they ask you to do a personality test which is really quick to complete. After the test they send you an email to arrange a telephone interview, which lasts about 20-30mins. As most of the role involves speaking to clients on the phone, I believe they look at how professional you are and your communication skills more than how you actually answer the questions.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Austin, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
A series of 2 interviews with the final interview via Skype. The interviewer was extremely rude and didn't even know my name after I introduced myself. She was super condescending and unprofessional.
