I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (New York, NY) in Nov 2017
Interview
There was a phone screen, phone interview, & 30 minute in-person interviews with 3 separate persons. First two were discussions about work experience relating to the position & projects developed, the third was cut and dry questions - left with the taste that the interview was just a fishing expedition for creative ideas.

Question 1
Tell me three reasons why we should hire you for this role.
Case study followed by several behaviral question. The case study was not that difficult but quite challenging within limited time and the behavioural one was conducted in Chinese. Normal questions nothing surprise.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG (Londres, Inglaterra) in Nov 2017
Interview
Submitted my CV and cover letter and a few days later got invited for a phone interview. Very standard, asked about CV etc think they just want to see how comfortable you are over the phone as a lot of the work in the beginning will be over the phone. Very helpful and they genuinely want you to do well.
Got invited then to a in-person interview which was OK. Got interviewed by 3 different senior managers. No body seemed to eager to be there however everything was fairly straight forward, the case study will most likely be on a value chain on a particular product. Also do know the company profile and the position in to detail, they are going to be pushing a lot on that! the interview was 1) a competence and CV interview, then 2) A role play to be recruiting someone to GLG and 3) A case study. In that order.
All and all a neutral experience, was not particularly impressed with anything however they were very helpful and really are trying to find someone who fits their company profile.
