GLG interview questions

Went through two rounds of phone interviews, received a few follow-up emails and then never heard back. The initial interviewer seemed as though she was just going through the motions and asking the required questions without being genuinely interested in my responses.

Applied online and was contacted the next day for a phone screening with the department manager. The recruiter took several days to respond to my availability, but set me up with an interview by the end of the week. Department manager called on time and explained the role very well and asked basic questions about my resume. I was told I would be contacted "soon" with more information, but they never got in touch with me. After a week, I attempted to contact the recruiter, but she ignored my email. Another two weeks passes and I emailed the department manager directly only to be ignored again. Very unprofessional HR department.
