GLG has a thorough hiring process that starts with a screening call before in-person interviews and a final case study. You will meet with several members of your team and future leadership as well, so you can get a good sense of the group you'll be surrounded by if you join. Everyone is professional and courteous throughout the process.

Question 1
What is your five year plan? How can GLG help you accomplish that plan?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GLG in Nov 2017
Interview
Look, it was pretty obvious that from the ones who interviewed me (with the exception of one lady who was actually very pleasant and showed genuine interest) that most did not enjoyed their roles as they probably resented not being in banking any longer. You couldn't help but feel that they were old white frat buddies at a previous life and had no intention of changing their composition type. Thank God for saving me with no offer!
