GLG interview questions

Pre-recorded interview consisted of three questions. They gave some extra time to exercise after checking the camera and audio for the device you’re using. Then once the real recording begin, there’s a 10 minutes preparation before recording the real video

I applied online and the process took 4+ weeks. There was first a recorded video interview (9 min) which I assume was for screening purposes, then a 30min phone interview, followed by two in-person assessment days consisting of six interviews total. It was fairly intense because of the multiple stages but my recruiter was very friendly and quick to get back to me after each stage.
