GLG interview questions

After applying online and going through a video screening I was invited to a phone interview with a campus recruiter. The tone was friendly and encouraging, with the questions primarily focused on your understanding of GLG's business model and the role, with a few competency-based questions also.

You were asked to conduct a video interview with 3 questions in 9 mins. The tip is to be short and simple. One of the difficulties is how to attract the recruiter as questions are very basic, mostly talking about your background, skills.
