GLG Client Solutions Associate interview questions

Extremely negative experience. Was sought out by GLG internal acquisition team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager which includes understanding on GLG and solving case studies. There was no review of my resume or interest to understand on my experience. Interviewer was harsh and kept drilling for textbook answers, when the questions were subjective and open for interpretation. Completely 0 questions were asked on previous experience and 0 behavioral questions at all. Only textbook questions one after another. When I did not provide a textbook answer, interviewer seems frustrated and rebutted/shot down my answers (eg, gave insulting analogy to my answer insinuating it was absurd). Immediately withdrew my application at the end of the interview as it shows what kind of working culture within the company. Highly recommend to look elsewhere for career opportunities.

1) Phone interview with recruiter. Explains the company's business model and general overview of the role. 2) Phone interview with one of the hiring managers over the phone. Asks questions about your interest in the role and your background. A few questions about your ability to solve problems with clients based on your experience. 3) Complete a personality test online and a 'case study' of a client's request. 4) Zoom interview with a hiring manager. Very similar to the previous interview, but you also have to explain how you solved your case study.
