Extremely negative experience. Was sought out by GLG internal acquisition team, followed by an interview with the hiring manager which includes understanding on GLG and solving case studies.
There was no review of my resume or interest to understand on my experience. Interviewer was harsh and kept drilling for textbook answers, when the questions were subjective and open for interpretation. Completely 0 questions were asked on previous experience and 0 behavioral questions at all. Only textbook questions one after another. When I did not provide a textbook answer, interviewer seems frustrated and rebutted/shot down my answers (eg, gave insulting analogy to my answer insinuating it was absurd).
Immediately withdrew my application at the end of the interview as it shows what kind of working culture within the company.
Highly recommend to look elsewhere for career opportunities.

The interview lasted only about 20 minutes and lacked depth. After the interview, there was no follow-up or update, which made the process feel incomplete and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The TA specialists have no decency to respond whether they want to move ahead with your profile or not after the first round... you're just left guessing. I was told they will schedule a business interview in the following week and the following week was 7 weeks ago...

First round with HR manager consisted of general questions based on my resume. I would say it had an easy going vibe. At the end of the interview, I had time to ask the manager additional questions and I was able to gain deeper understandings on this role. Going for case study interview next week.
