GLG Associate interview questions

The interview process was so long and discouraging. It began with around 40 minutes of online tasks focused on behavioural and trivia/IQ style questions, which felt irrelevant. The first interview with hr involved extensive questioning, with little discussion about the role, expectations, salary, or work environment. The second interview repeated many of the same questions, just phrased differently. During the second interview, the interviewer laughed while I was speaking on two occasions, which was distracting and unprofessional. This made me feel uncomfortable and raised concerns about the company culture and whether it would be a positive place to work. I am looking to quit a toxic place but no anout to join another one . I would say please review your hiring process as you are pushing talents away.

Interview process was standard and the interviewers were very kind. However, after 4 rounds of interviews, they said I'd hear back in 3 weeks and it took 2 months to hear back about my final decision (rejection). Don't know what's going on there, but it seems like their communication structure is horrible.
