First round consisted of a phone interview which involved mainly behavioural questions and some vague tech conceptual questions. Next stage was a face-to-face interview day consisting of a 10 minute presentation at the start (which I had to prepare for in advance) and then another interview by two different senior systems engineers. Weird interview process because some of the questions asked at the end of the presentation were the same as in the interview.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
General competency questions such as: Tell me about a time when you've done x and y. No technical questions apart from describing what the V model is in comparison to the waterfall model (phone interview).
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at GE Aerospace in Feb 2015
Interview
I met with them at the college career fair and got a next day interview. The interview hit on all the essentials such as leadership roles, what classes you enjoyed and how you problem solve. The one thing that stood out was the written exam at the end.

Interview
I met the recruiter at my college career fair.I showed him my resume and he asked for a formal interview the next day. Short 30 minute interview (may have gone a little late). We really hit it off and seemed to just talk about my life from high school to the current both academics and family and social life. About 2 weeks later I received the offer and accepted.
