Submitted an online application, after a few weeks I received a call from to HR set up an interview. Three-phase panel interview consisting of HR, current occupational specialist, then team assessment phase.

Interview
went to a career fair, talked to a representative, got an interview with him, and interviewed with him the next day. the interview was 30 mins long and on campus with an engineer at GE Aviation. He said he would get back to me in 2 or 3 weeks. He kept his word but unfortunately i didnt receive the position.

Interview
It was two step process. The first step involved HR, that probed motivation level and mental set. The second step was to verify your engineering achievements, former employment achievements and your technical expertise. Sometimes there is third step with a call to the US management to let them know you and judge your skills before they hire you.
