I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Cheltenham, Inglaterra) in Jan 2017
Interview
I used the job search facility on GE's website and applied to the role in December 2016.
First stage was basic information, CV, education, work experience etc.
Second stage was online situational judgement test, followed by numerical and verbal reasoning assessments.
After passing this stage, I had to complete a video based interview via HireVue. There were 12 questions in total. The first 6 where preference questions and the last 6 where a mix of personality, competency and motivational questions.
I received a phone call a few weeks later asking me general questions regarding my interest in the role and was immediately offered a one-to-one on-site interview.
I was interviewed by the Manager, who was very relaxed; the interview was very technical however - they do design Jet Engines after all.
I finally received a response about 6 weeks later with a verbal offer.
The contract was sent via email 2 weeks following the verbal offer.
