The process took 3 months. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Cheltenham, Inglaterra)
Interview
Interviewed at Cheltenham, UK.
The interview was easy to schedule and the interview itself was relaxed and enjoyable. However, I have been left thoroughly disappointed by the lack of feedback I have received. My interview was on a Thursday and I was told I would hear something on the following Monday. That was six weeks ago. I haven't heard a single thing. I accept that I haven't been successful, but as I was one of only six candidates out of (I think) 60 who had made it to the interview stage, would it really have been too difficult to call or send an email? I have now accepted an offer at another company but feel I should say that this experience means I would be wary of applying to GE in the future.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Cincinnati, OH) in Feb 2017
Interview
I applied through my school's website. An interview was set up with an Attorney at GE Aviation. After the initial expected interview questions, the interview become a little awkward. The interviewer would state facts about GE and then look up, I'm guessing to see what opinion I had? Other times it was just a statement about how things work on the job, again would just look up and stare. Each of the times I responded with a something along the lines of, I would fit in well there or that sounds great etc. The way the interviewer pushed a response, without a question, was rather awkward. Maybe that was the interviewer's style? Never experienced it before, and hope not to again.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GE Aerospace (Subang Jaya) in Mar 2017
Interview
Had a friendly talk with the current HR intern while waiting for interviewer and get to know that every candidates before me were asked with different questions. The interview started with introducing myself, then questions on how my profession (statistics) relates to this position (HR intern), what I wish to gain from this experience, and derived questions from my previous answers.
