GE Aerospace interview questions

Interviewed at Cheltenham, UK. The interview was easy to schedule and the interview itself was relaxed and enjoyable. However, I have been left thoroughly disappointed by the lack of feedback I have received. My interview was on a Thursday and I was told I would hear something on the following Monday. That was six weeks ago. I haven't heard a single thing. I accept that I haven't been successful, but as I was one of only six candidates out of (I think) 60 who had made it to the interview stage, would it really have been too difficult to call or send an email? I have now accepted an offer at another company but feel I should say that this experience means I would be wary of applying to GE in the future.
