I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Forever 21 (Sandy, UT) in Oct 2010
Interview
The interview or should i call it cattle call process took around 20 minutes. It was in a group setting with two managers and around 20 applicants crammed in a small room. We are asked to answer four basic questions each then a series of questions are asked that anyone can comment on. To sum it up would be very unprofessional and almost a joke.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Forever 21 in Mar 2012
Interview
I went in last week and I had an interview at 12 as I was waiting for the manager to come over another girl showed up. We interviewd together. The manager asked about five diffrent questions some Of them were more difficult then others. She went back and forth and then she asked about our availability. She said she would call either that day or the following she had one more interview. Some of the questions were why do you want to work here, what are your pass jobs, what did you do there, give me an example of a time a customer was hard to deal with, describe yourself. That was basically it I received a call the next day offering me 8.25 an hr and that I would have orientation in a few days. The whole process was very short!

Interview
I saw the manager wearing her I.D. so I walked up to her and gave her my application that I printed online. She was friendly and didn't look down on me at all. She asked about my availability and my experience and told me she'd look into my application. She also told me that they won't be hiring until the next season or something. I never got a call after that.
