ExxonMobil Inter interview questions

Got an email from the head recruiter saying that the application deadline was coming up and that if the application was in by a certain date I would qualify for an early round interview. The recruiter got my email through the career fair the previous year. The interviewer was super engaging and easy to talk to. No technical questions. The only questions were behavioral and about my resume.

The hiring process started with attending a college Career Fair and speaking with a representative about my resume. Then, I filled out an application online and received an invitation to an interview. After accepting the interview, I was invited to a company information session.
