ExxonMobil Inter interview questions

Applied online through campus recruitment and at company's website too. After 2-3 weeks got confirmation via phone-call for the interview. 2 days before interview, HR called again and said I'll have 2 interviews on different dates!!! The same evening he called again and said now u will only have 1 interview!! ... Well, interview was kind of technical, nothing special, general questions...

A week after I posted my CV I got a phone call. After the usual questions about the resume, they ask you a few behavioral type questions. Nothing too fancy (ex. teamwork, problem solving). There were two almost identical interviews with two interviewers and a full range of behavioral questions. At the end there were two very basic knowledge based questions too. The interviewers are extremely friendly and very accommodating to your schedule when it comes to the appointments.
