I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Experian (Herndon, VA) in Oct 2010
Interview
Initial communication was directed through a company recruiter. It was followed by a phone interview and onsite interview. Both included previous projects implemented with concrete details, technical questions and code snippets for the onsite interview. All this was followed by a proposal with details on salary, additional bonuses included

Question 1
Distinction to be made between some creational design patterns
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Experian in May 2011
Interview
If you can get through HR you are halfway there. Interviewed one on one, then group. Pretty standard stuff. Asked relevant questions. The group is more formal so wear business attire, white, black, blue etc. generally takes 30-45 min time for one on one or hour to hour and half for group. Expect to have full background check done. HR seems to take awhile to respond.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Costa Mesa, CA) in Jan 2014
Interview
The HR manager was very cooperative and quite helpful in setting up and organizing the interviews sending several emails and calls over holidays. At the end of the long interview day, HR manager said she would email to let me know the results, but to it was obvious I wasn't going to get an offer. Never heard back from them, which surprised me, given the HR manager's initial contact and friendliness.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
The most unexpected question was if I had seen "The Bachelor" episode that week.
Another interviewer referred somewhat sarcastically about my experience with brand names and then started asking questions unrelated to the job description or requirements.
