I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Experian
Interview
very laid back the hiring manager didn't really seem to know much about the details of selling and training, seemed like a lot was made up and very unsure on alot
The interview process was great. Day one I received an email from HR saying that I was a good fit and to apply. The day after applying I had a phone screen. That was followed up with an email scheduling a site visit. I came in, did a hand-written test, and then interviewed with the manager. The next day I received a call from HR letting me know I am in consideration but they had other interviews scheduled. I should have an answer by the end of the week. Scheduling conflicts and "redirectioning" took place. But HR continued to call or email me with updates. That rocked

If you know email marketing it won't be difficult.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (Allen, TX) in Sep 2014
Interview
A couple weeks after I applied, I recieved a call for a short phone interview. I'm guessing it went well because she scheduled a face to face interview the very next day. I interviewed with two guys. They were dressed very casual which is a plus. They were so nice & made me feel comfortable talking to them. Both guys asked a series of questions. After the interview, they told me I would hear back from them in a week. I heard back the next day & accepted the job offer.
