Short Phone chat getting to know me, checking for any red flags etc This led to an assessment centre. 2 interviews: 1st, strength based to do with experience, CV and just getting to know me. 2nd, more technical interview asking basic SQL and programming questions. (Talking to other candidates showed me most people got a little tripped up by the technical questions and were thrown off by the first question). Once completing the interview we were put into 2 groups and given a challenge; Your space ship has crash landed on the moon! Here are 15 items that survived the crash... Please list these items in order of importance, then come up with a final order in your groups. Were a couple cheeky items like a magnetic compass or matches, which you need to think about. (No gravity on moon or oxygen).
