Short Phone chat getting to know me, checking for any red flags etc
This led to an assessment centre.
2 interviews: 1st, strength based to do with experience, CV and just getting to know me. 2nd, more technical interview asking basic SQL and programming questions. (Talking to other candidates showed me most people got a little tripped up by the technical questions and were thrown off by the first question).
Once completing the interview we were put into 2 groups and given a challenge;

Please list these items in order of importance, then come up with a final order in your groups. Were a couple cheeky items like a magnetic compass or matches, which you need to think about. (No gravity on moon or oxygen).

Fueron 3 etapas, una con HR, una con Líder y la ultima con dos personas técnicas. Muy rápido el proceso, aunque no siempre es así y depende del cargo. Te preguntan, motivaciones, retos, habilidades soft y hard, disponibilidad, metas a corto y largo plazo, preguintas tecnicas de Data tipicas como Datawarehouse, Datalake, conocimiento cloud y python.

Interview
It took a month to get the final result. A recruiter first reached me out and asked me general questions like my skills, background and why I am interested in Experian. Afterward, a hiring manager ping me and we had 30 mins interview. He asked me about my previous internship projects, the reason that I chose mathematics majors and some technical question about statistical models.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Experian (Irvine, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
I get the interview from a referral. The manager of Experian lab connected with me and we made a photo interview. I am really disappointed about this interview even though the manager was very nice during all the processing. But he never connects with me anymore after the interview. I tried to email but no reply, until my friend asked the staff in the Experian I know I was not passing it. But I really answered most of the questions correctly and had a good time to take with the manager. I can accept they do not give me offer but I could not accept they lost the connect and never reply to my emails.

Most including machine learning questions. What is KNN, K-means, different between L1 and L2, random forest, a statistics question, SQL and some python questions. Also taking my college life and high school life.
