Evonik interview questions

Recruiter invited me to apply and did initial phone interview, then vanished. A month later a second recruiter set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. The hiring manager seemed great and made it apparent that I would likely have a physical interview. The recruiter called back later that day and set up a time and day for physical interview and said that I would have to make a 20 minute presentation and she would send more details. I never got more details or heard from her again and ended up leaving a message with the hiring manager. A third recruiter confirmed the info a bit later. I went to all the trouble of making the presentation, interviewing at the facility, sending thank yous, and following up with a fourth recruiter (really), only to finally receive an automated email saying I wasn't selected for the position. This did not leave me with a good impression of Evonik. The scientists I interviewed with were all wonderful, but the rest of the company seemed like a hot mess.

Kurze Beschreibung meines Werdeganges mit Beantwortung detaillierter Fragen. Über meine Person wurde nichts gefragt, war aber schon bei Evonik als externer Berater tätig und somit schon teilweise bekannt. Es war eine Initiativbewerbung, da zur steigt keine offene Stelle vorhanden war
