Evonik interview questions

Das Vorstellungsgespräch fand telefonisch mit mehreren Personen statt. Am Anfang wurden zunächst meine bisherigen Erfahrungen abgefragt und schließlich ein Projekt vorgestellt, welches im Laufe des Praktikums bearbeitet werden sollte. Nach dem Gespräch, welches sehr positiv verlief, bekam ich einige Wochen später leider eine Absage, weil die HR Abteilung dem Praktikum nicht zugestimmt hat.

I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume on Indeed. Pro: The recruiter told me about other opportunities that may interest me and later I interviewed for that position. Con: The recruiter was 20 minutes late to the phone interview. The recruiter looked at my resume for the first time halfway through the interview. After the interview, I was told a second behavioral interview would happen, but every week when I ask the recruiter, the recruiter says the behavioral recruiter will contact you soon. I am assuming that this interview will not move forward.
