initial Phone interview to clarify resume items. Review of skills and discussion of the business and position in general. Fly to HQ and interview 1:1 with about six different managers of the hiring committee. Emphasis on situational cases and how I would respond to the customer. Take an online case and IQ test and drug test. Receive offer and fly to HQ for HR processing and training.
