I am currently in the interview process still, but after visiting the Apex office in Short Hills, NJ, I had to type a review because I am so impressed. I honestly don't remember when I applied for the position, but it was not that long ago (maybe a week ago) and I received an email from one of the corporate recruiters asking me to answer a list of prescreen questions and to email back with responses (this was February 5th). After doing the prescreen, I scheduled a phone interview for Monday, February 8th. The phone interview went really well and Jameson, one of the corporate recruiters, made me feel very comfortable. I absolutely loved her. She asked questions such as Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell me about a time when you were in a leadership role and describe the experience (something of that sort), and a few other general interview questions that were fairly easy. After the interview, she asked me if I was interested in moving on to the next step which is the face-to-face interview and I said yes. Today I went for the face-to-face interview and it was such a great experience. I met the Vice President of the district, 3 account managers, and 3 recruiters. They were all very nice and welcoming. I first sat down with the Vice President and he asked me some interview questions and I asked him some questions about the job position. After meeting with him, I shadowed two recruiters for a little bit and they showed me what their work days consist of. I eventually sat down with two account managers and one recruiter at the same time and they asked me some questions and I asked them a few questions as well. I was supposed to meet with one of the Delivery Managers, but she is sick so I have to go back to Apex and meet with her soon. I definitely look forward to meeting her and discussing the position. The overall experience was amazing and it made me want to work with Apex even more. It's a very friendly, collaborative environment and I love that. I honestly feel that I did a great job on the interview and I hope that I will get the job. *Fingers crossed!*
