Initial phone interview with a national corporate recruiter, basic conversational interview. Followed by an in person interview at the branch. Interview is half day, visiting with 3 or more sr level employees. Standard interview questions for a sales job.

Pretty quick interview proccess overall, didn't need to have an extensive amount of experience in sales to get role

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
