Simple straight to the point don’t over think it. If you really want to push yourself hard and learn about your self then just be truthful. They want to hear you want to succeed.

First I spoke with the Talent Acquisition Manager over the phone and then I had 3 1:1 interviews. I found out pretty much immediately whether or not I was moving forward after each interview. The process was very smooth and efficient. Everyone that I spoke with was very professional, transparent and did not sugar coat anything.
