The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2010
Interview
Interviewed on the phone 2 days after sending in an online application. Got a 1:1 interview with regional recruiter. Went 15 minutes early, the recruiter's assistant came out and gave me a video to watch, took another 10 minutes until the recruiter came out. First thought I had when I saw her - "she does not look happy." First question - why do you want to work here. Most of the questions are behavioral based. Tell me about yourself. Tell me about a time you went above and beyond a customer's expectations. What leadership roles have you had. Just be prepared and specific. Research the company. Seems like they prefer people with sales experience.Position is sales heavy and I don't think one necessarily needs a degree to succeed.
Didn't get a good vibe from anyone at the offices - seems like they all just started there and got stuck.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Bridgewater, MA) in Jun 2009
Interview
First, phone interview which I think everyone makes it through and then the second is a one on one interview with the recruiter. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and then taken to a boardroom to watch a 20 minute video about how much all of these "employees" love their jobs renting cars and can make salaries upwards of six figures. It always makes me uneasy when a company has one of these because it just seems really corny and I feel like I'm sort of being brainwashed. Next we met and talked one on one in the recruiters office, she was really nice and asked me alot of run of the mill questions: "do you have leadership exeperience," "have you acted as a mentor to anyone before", "when was a time where you exhibited excellent customer service," etc, I don't feel that my answers were what she was ultimately looking for and although I thought the interview went well I was declined a second interview. I also made sure to ask her alot of tough questions because I had googled the company and found a website that basically is a message board full of current/past employees ranting about how horrible the company is. Either way I wasn't too crushed I didn't get the job, you could honestly make the similar salary working retail or at a bank, it's definitely not for me.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Burbank, CA) in Aug 2009
Interview
I applied online, and got a phone interview the next day. Not very exciting, the recruiter basically just verified the information and experience you have on the application. Then we scheduled another interview the very same week.
The recruiter showed me a video about the company and job description. Then it was an one on one interview that contained very typical questions. Very boring. But the recruiter took a lot of time to talk about the company.
