Interview
I had a Skype interview. The interviewer asked some questions. Then we did a speed round of questions. I answered while she typed away on the keyboard. I skipped a question and then we went back to to. Then I had to give a 5 minute example of a lesson she sent me a few days prior.

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at English 1 (Shanghái, Shanghai) in May 2015
Interview
First was a word association portion were they ask you a question and you have to respond with one word with not much time to think. I stumbled once out of about 20 questions. Next was a number of what if questions where you had to describe what you would do if so and so occurred. Then was questions about your experience as an English Teacher. Luckily I had experience before going abroad. There was no grammar test for me but I had to do a role play lesson based on some slides from their curriculum. Afterwards its your opportunity to ask questions. By the next day I was offered the job in Shanghai. I turned it down after reading the contract.
