English 1 interview questions

There were two rounds in the interview process. The first round was an introductory interview followed by a in-depth interview with a senior member of staff. The interview took place via phone call/ Skype. It is a very easy interview process and I would say it would be very unlikely for you not to get an offer - unless you deliberately making a bad effort.

First, you will be given a skype interview, once passing this interview you will be given about a week to prepare for the next interview. You will be emailed two topics, which you will be asked to lesson plans for. By the time of your next interview, you will be asked to execute your prepared lesson plan. Based on your teaching skills, you will offered a position and given two weeks to accept or decline the offer.
