It had to be a general process with introductions, about us and info. about my skills and hobbies. Instead it focused on my personality a lot. Thing I don't get is that I had the same interview years ago (twice) but the interviewer was different from the others. I got the jobs a few years ago but this time I didn't.
I felt hostility and no questions were asked about my skills, hobbies etc. It felt more judgmental like when one's on a date. Also, there was a hint of racism since it felt to me as if the interviewer was under the impression that I'm black but started becoming hostile and unbecoming towards the process after realising that I'm white/Caucasian. Her smile disappeared and she started straying away from the interview and into a judgmental state.
The interviewer's decision about me came almost immediately after the interview was done. No thinking, no consideration about time etc. Just an immediate decision. Very unprofessional.
