It depends on the branch office. They have their own recruitment process. One of the process starts with document process, include EF SET certificate, then next round you have to send your introduction video then interview / micro teaching.

I was asked to prepare a lesson using their materials, provided to me beforehand for an online video interview. I was asked to introduce myself, then did the demo lesson. Then, I was given a series of rapid-fire questions, to which I answer "yes" or "no" automatically.
