Basically it was a set of ~3 interviews where they would ask you on your experiences and background like a typical HR screening for the first part. Then the latter portion would be a bunch of brain teasers to see analytical skills

Some examples would be like a family is crossing the bridge and x can only bring y at a time scenarios. Another was about perfectly boiling an egg using a 7 minute and 15 minute timer. (the numbers aren't that accurate, but there are examples online)

Question 1
If the R&D tells you something, the sales asks you for something and the procurement says only this is possible, what would you do ?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Aug 2021
Interview
The interview process was very quick and transparent. It lasted about a week an a half for all the interviews, first a quick chat with HR, a second interview with the manager from the position, and at the end 3 rounds of interview (on the same day) with different leaders of the company.
The last step is little longer, but it takes only half a day. The interviews itself are not long and people are pretty straight forward. Its always on Fridays, and on the next Monday I already got an answer.
