I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Emma (Frankfurt am Main) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very long and exhausting process - two interviews two weeks apart, plus another half-day consisting of three interviews, plus another interview for the offer. The process was very disorganized, there was no clear guidance on the role, culture, or benefits. The salary range was only discovered after 5 separate interviews.

I applied online. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Apr 2022
Interview
The interview process is normally meant to happen back to back on the same day- which FYI would take hours out of a applicants day- mine was spread out over several weeks but it seems like the different interviewers did not speak to each other as I was invited for a first interview twice. The questions are a lot of hypothetical questions- what would you do in this specific scenario- many of which were scenarios which wouldn't cover the job role I was interviewing for.
