I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Apr 2023
Interview
General ability test online, takes about an hour, and seems kind of ablelist, followed by a 30 minute interview where a current more senior non HR employee asks you uninterested questions, trying to gauge your "vibe" and if it fits they're culture (also seems ripe for discrimination).

Tell me about a situation where you had to solve a problem
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in Mar 2023
Interview
1 - First of all i had an interview with a Recruitment Company that sent my profile to Emma. 2 - i did an online assessment test through SHL. Basically you need to answer 24 questions in 36 minutes. Mathematics, logical and decision-making skills questions. It's almost impossible to answer all, some of that are huge to read and take more time than 1m30s. 3- 3rd part of the process - they booked an interview (the first one with Emma!) after more than 3 weeks. That interview was with 2 Emma staff, one from HR other i didn't understand her position. It was a 30min interview with a lack of empathy, they were totally reading a guideline and no interest about my profile at all! 4 - I waited another 17 days for a feedback and it came like this "we have unfortunately decided not to move forward at this time. ". So no idea why my perfil didn't match the position i was applying for. It took me almost 2 months in this process... to finally receive this answer.

Interview
The interview process is as described on their website - which I appreciate for being so thorough and organised. During what they call hiring day you have multiple interviews with different company members; I wouldn't say the intensity of interviews is difficult, but the time you spend on back to back conversations in front of a screen can be tiring. Other than that, my biggest disappointment was that I was not given enough information on the role I applied to and I found out in my second interview of the hiring day that the role has completely changed. When I previously asked the recruiter about the role she didn't know any details (maybe that should've been my red flag in the start). Other than that, the interviewers are quite relaxed and friendly. It looks like a good growth opportunity to be working there but the feeling was that the company is not as mature as it appears.
