First stage was an analytical reasoning test which I was able to pass with above average results. Second stage was a quick meeting with a random Emma employee who asked me totally irrelevant questions including multiplying fractional numbers in head. Then I was invited to a “virtual recruitment day”. All of the candidates for various positions were gathered in the meeting link and an overall company introduction was given. Then I had to go through 4 back to back interviews with Emma employees. More random questions followed in these interviews such as my travel plans and what I would do if my flight was canceled. Starting from the first human interaction in the interview process, it was apparent that the interviewers had no idea what they were looking for and how to conduct a professional interview.
