I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Emma (Lisboa, Lisboa) in May 2023
Interview
Before even getting an interview they send out some sort of IQ questionnaire. I then directly had an interview with the hiring manager. I couldn't ask basic HR question nor have any info on that regard. The interview with the hiring manager was strange, I felt like they had no time for me. Also, based on the questions or notes that they would make, I realised that they did not read my application at all. I feel like what was important for them was the "results" or numbers the candidate might provide. There was no real human to human connection.

Interview
The first interview was quite okay. A quick introduction and some questions about me and information about the company. The second interview was a bit more messy. They asked questions and suddenly presented a case based on an answer. They also spoke quickly, and it was obvious that they wanted other questions.
