Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

Met with 5 employees throughout the interview process and questions were mainly behavioral with some technical/analytical questions including how I've dealt in quantitative situations. Overall a smooth process given that it was through a university.

One one campus interview, come behavioral questions. 2:1 interview. Allowed for questions to be asked at the end. Nothing too challenging. they said I would hear back in 3-4 weeks. its been 8 weeks and I still haven't heard anything back
