Exclusively behavioral interviews, even for tech roles. The questions were not too tricky - they definitely don't try to trip you up for the sake of tripping you up.
Responses follow the STAR format, which makes the interviews feel more conversational than like they are interrogating you.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you faced a technical difficulty that was beyond your abilities. How did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Cork)
Interview
Had two interviews in person, both went great. Shortly after I was asked to attend a medical check and was asked to provide a reference contacts. After that I haven't heard for quite a time - I emailed the recruitment team and was told that the referees were contacted and now it is up to the manager to make the decision and that I will hear back within a 2-3 days. It has been nearly 4 weeks at the moment with still no response. Upon emailing the recruitment team to get some update I was told that they will refer back as soon as they have more information - still no update. I expected more professionalism of the company.
