2 rounds of behavioral interviews. Pretty basic. Make sure to study the STAR Method. They got back to me with an offer within a week and gave me about two weeks to accept or decline the offer.

I met Lilly representative at School's career fair. A week later, an interview was scheduled. Two days before the interview, they rescheduled the interview a month later. My interviewer was little disappointed in me. I had solid research & internship background as sophomore first year, but somehow I wasn't technical enough. I didn't know what was expected. It wasn't great.

Interview
Aptitude test (basic stuff on rate, ratio, data interpretation, age, fractions, expectations, probability) followed by interview (technical and HR). That's all, writing extra words because this box has to have min 30 words.
