I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eli Lilly and Company (Branchburg, NJ) in Jun 2021
Interview
Interview process is very lengthy and very focused on standard STAR questions with a couple technical questions here and there. In my opinion the company should try to make it a panel interview instead of 6 different 30 min interviews with each person which can be time and energy consuming. Did not get an answer until 1.5 month after the final interview.
