Eli Lilly and Company interview questions

very smooth, the interviewer was very sweet. good conversation rather than just getting asked a bunch of questions. Most behavior questions were asked during the interview. I could tell the outcome of the interview before it was over. They called the next day with the offer.

The interview was well-structured and managed via email and video conferencing. I heard back about interviews the same day that I applied, interviewed within a week, and heard back within the following 2 weeks. It was a very fast and smooth process.
