Interview
It was quite simple process L1/L2 and HR Round. The process took full day from early in the morning 9.30 to late night 8 PM. I had cleared L1 and L2 so easily. But with the HR round, regarding salary negotiation, i put my expectations and he told me to get back to me by next week, even they don't told me what they can pay. Still decision is pending. I send them a email regarding my status and salary negotiation. Even i ask them that let me know if i was not selected in HR round. But didn't get any proper respond from HR.
Its like i waste my full day, i missed the other organizations walk-in on same day and wasted my time with EATON.
This is not professional.

Interview
Shortly after applying online, I was contacted to schedule a phone screener which took place about 3 days later. The phone screen lasted approximately 20 min and covered the basics of discussing your resume and the job description. About a week later a phone interview was scheduled with 2 of the hiring managers. That call lasted about 30 min and went into my background in further detail. A few days after the phone interview I was invited for an in-person interview at their facility. This required preparing a 15-20 min PowerPoint candidate presentation (they provided direction as to what to discuss) followed by 3 one hour interviews with pairs of managers and then finally a plant tour. Everyone throughout the process was very polite, diligent with communications, and made me feel comfortable.

Interview
Interview was based on 50 minutes technical interview and 10-15 minutes interview with HR. I was asked what I was interested in. It is easy to see that they selected people who had a clearer picture of what they actually wanted to do. Preference was for people who showed more creativity and passion over people with better experience and academic performance. Technical questions were simple enough and from the field that I chose to work with .
