I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Eaton (Cleveland, OH) in Jun 2016
Interview
The HR screening was pretty generic. They start off by letting you ask questions, but I was cut off since the person sounded very busy and needed to fit everything in in the thirty minutes allotted. The HR contact was pretty unresponsive to emails in general, took a while to get back even for scheduling (2 days would go by before getting an email back). She didn't even answer a lot of questions in the email. It seems to be a pretty fast-paced environment on the capital markets side, averaging 50-55 hours a week, which is high for the area.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Eaton (Nueva Delhi) in Feb 2012
Interview
Very smooth, one telephone, another face to face with hiring manager, another telecon with second level, email negotiation/offer with HR.HR is really awefule, have no idea of industry payscale. and wants to cut down on budget ( a budget they have no accountability for). They were trying to downsize budget given by hiring bosses in USA. HR is best division to work for in this location, no work, great pay and constant raise and attention by local MD
