I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eaton (Jackson, MS) in Oct 2014
Interview
After an on campus interview I was called for an on-site interview where I received a tour of the facility, followed by an interview from HR. The first interview was geared towards technical experience, whereas the second interview was more focused on behavioral questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Eaton (Minneapolis, MN)
Interview
I did a phone screen with HR after a delayed response from HR after their intitial contact with me. After the phone screen she gave me a date to expect a call regardless of the outcome and i never heard back. i gave it an extra day and then emailed her again asking for a status update and I was completely ignored. When people take time out of their day to consider you for employment, at least have some respect to respond to their emails.....
