Interview
I had a brief HR screen. I was then told that a week later I would be contacted for an on-site interview. Two weeks later, an interview was scheduled with two days notice. When I arrived, no one was waiting for me, no one came to pick me up. I think they forgot I was interviewing . The hiring manager talked for around an hour without letting me get a word in, and then a bunch of interviewers dropped out because they were too busy. Overall, this was a very unprofessional company and I do not feel like I was seriously considered.

Interview
Very worst interview process I have ever seen. No body gets clarity about what is an interview process before attending. I have given interviews two times and no one informed me about what is next process of Interview.
My First Interview:
I entered for interview in Eaton. I was welcomed by Watchmen and he handed over a phone of HR and was asked to wait. After waiting for 30 mins one lady manager came for interview. She asked me very generic questions like tell me about yourself etc and also asked few interpersonal questions. It lasted for some 20 mins after which she asked me to wait. After some 20 mins watchmen again called me and handed over cal from HR She told me We have analysed and we dont want to process your candidature further thanks for your time and I left. So no HR even came before me. Getting selected is different aspect of interview but the way they treat an outsider coming for interview is very ill. I thought like call me for interview just for their time pass. You must be ready for your insult while going for interview at Eaton. So the parameters on which they judge a candidate is not technical knowledge but their interview process does not define basic criteria for selection. Any good candidate can get selected and poor candidate may get selected.
My Second Interview:
After some 1 year I again got a call from Eaton. Actually I was not interested looking at my past experience but I still said OK. I had one tele interview this time which went well and they asked me to visit office. Again I was welcomed by Watchmen and handed over call. I was asked o go to second floor So again no HR came in front of me. Then the person who was suppose to take interview came and we had discussion around 15 mins which went ok. After that she said wait let me find someone who can take your next round of interview and I was asked to wait. This shows that they even don't know who can take the next round of interview. After waiting for some 30 mins again I was asked over call by someone to go to 3rd floor for interview. I was welcomed by some interviewer. He was not from my technical background and it was very difficult to explain him what job I have done and I can do. So the interview was taken by someone who dont know anything about your technology. How such person can decide whether you are perfect fit? He just asked me some interpersonal questions which doesn't ad any value when you work as employee. That was OK and we had around 20 mins talk. After last question person directly went off the room just saying "Best Luck.." and without informing whats next. I again went into lobby and was waiting for call for 15 mins. I was completely unaware about whats next. I was even not knowing whom shall I contact nor was knowing any HR as no one came in front of me. This was the worst part I had experienced. I went to watchmen and asked him to call any HR or person who took my interview, their phones were not reachable or they were not peeking up. After 15 mins I Since there was no response I thought interview process is over and I started moving back to home since it was late in evening. After driving for some 10 mins I got a call from HR head and he started shouting at me that how you can leave. I said no body informed me to wait for next round nor anyone told me that there is another round of interview. Then he told me if you are interested pls come back for next round otherwise you may go. I decided to go back then again he started with same thing he was feeling that there is no responsibility of eaton to inform a candidate about next round of interview and process and candidate need to talk to watchmen for interview process. I had 15 mins discussion and at last he said "It was nice to talk but I was expecting you to wait for interview process" At the end my candidature was rejected. I had once mailed them about status and I got a surprising reply "You are already selected. We tried calling you but you were not reachable and send us your documents to us" I replied them back with my details and they realized that they have send some wrong email to me. From this you can imagine how worst HR is at Eaton. The next worst part is I got call from HR after 2 months and she started asking me for documents as I am selected during discussion she realized they have called a wrong number she said sorry I put of the phone. I guess there is no further explanation required for HR.
I will never go to Eaton in my lifetime for interview. Be ready for insult if you are going, If you get selected its good but Let me be clear that even if are a good candidate with relevant exp. you may get rejected and you will be just wondering why I was rejected. Since the selection process is not on the basis of technical grounds.
Very bad experience.
