Got a phone call from recruiter, and basic screening questions and forwarded my resume to hiring manager.
Hiring manager scheduled call after two days. I think, He wanted to know whether I suite for the role or not and call me for an onsite interview, which is a half day affair.
The call was scheduled for 45min but, was done in 30min. probably he thought, I might not suite for the role.
I was interviewed for a full stack position, so very basic questions on angular, spring restful. i felt I was not tested properly at all. I felt very, the interviewer was not interested much on me. I might be wrong, but thats the genuine feeling I got, and the questions I was asked also are very normal, generic questions which didnt really test my abilities or atleast didnt give me chance to showcase my abilities.

First a phone screening with basic getting to know you questions. Then a plant tour and interview where you meet with engineers and HR. Ask questions about resume and some basic STAR questions. Nothing really unexpected,

Interview
There was a scheduled drive on 8th Sep 2018 in Pune, my resume was downloaded through Naukri Portal and HR connected me for one of the position.
The interview process was well explained that there will be 3 rounds (Technical, Managerial and HR). HR was cooperative enough to help me know the tentative time required for the process and also helped me to finish it early to allow me leave for work.
Time slots were given to all the candidates and as they arrive there was minimal waiting time. It was very comfortable and well organized process.

Mostly about existing profile in current organization and about 6 sigma tools and applications in the work life. Situational based questions with examples for technical solution, like what is duty cycle of an application etc.
HR question - Where you ever been put in situation where in you have been pressurized to change the actual documents or data, explain the situation and your reaction for the same.
