The manager was very friendly and welcoming for the first phone interview. She described the job role to me and followed with asking for a description of my resume. She asked me questions concerning strengths and weaknesses, travel experience, and what I am passionate about.

Interview
I applied online and was contact a couple days later. The interview was a phone screen that lasted about 20 minutes. She asked basic questions about previous experience. She informed me that I would be contacted later that week to come in for an interview. I was contacted and notified that they did not want to interview me.

Fairly extensive process.. two phone interviews followed by an inperson 2 hour interview where I talked with 4 different managers. Finally performed a mock call which I was able to give feedback on afterwards. Mostly all just nice conversations with the staff making sure you understood the position.
