I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Düsseldorf) in Mar 2019
Interview
It did not take long from finding the job offer online to being called back. Communication and finding a interview slot was easy. A woman working in the Berlin office wanted to talk to me via skype. She was quiet nice but very straight forward as well.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EF (Education First)
Interview
Phone interview, mock sales call over phone, two separate 3-hour in-person interviews. Had first two interviews with same team member, met many other team members throughout the process. They really hyped me up during the interviews, but then called week after last one to tell me they were looking for someone with more experience. Felt like I deserved a better reason after the good experience I had- this was a really discouraging process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why sales? Why EF? How did you hear about the company?
I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA)
Interview
Streamline, relatively easy process. Mostly facilitated by school through internship office. On-campus interviews were held based on student interest and job was offered 24 hours post interview. Overall, I thought the interview process was fair and I was very excited to accept the offer when it was extended to me
