I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Boston, MA) in May 2016
Interview
Multiple group interactions. Also many 1:1 smaller meetings with various managers. They ask you about your college experience and where you see your career grow. Another part is on the phone with a manager where you go through a sales process you created with them--intent is to sell them on a trip.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Toronto, ON) in May 2014
Interview
One round of interviews which was fairly straightforward in terms of questions. Got the job offer but turned it down since the base pay was low (~$30K) with a capped commission structure.

Interview
Phone screen followed by an in person interview. Phone screen was more to determine if I would fit better in sales or service roll. In person was meeting with management on the team. I got a tour of the beautiful building. Sat down with the first manager and she asked me some more challenging questions. She coached me on how to respond. Then the second interviewer came in and asked me the same questions and I responded the way I was coached by the first manger
