Diageo interview questions

Started with a topline phone interview - then met with hiring manager (director) and last step was to meet with the VP of Marketing. Interview process was very long however follow ups were timely. Everyone in the HR department was very helpful during the process.

After a personality match, I was invited to complete a digital interview via Hirevue. The questions were competency based, with a data analysis element at the end where you need to advise on which spirit should be taken to market. I was then invited to the AC. This included a group negotiation/discussion, a presentation, role play, group presentation on a new product and a final interview. The final interview was not competency based and only focussed on how I thought the day went. We were told that we would year back shortly on the outcomes. After repeated promises of when I would hear back I only found out I was unsuccessful after chasing up a few months later, leading me to believe that I probably wouldn't have heard back otherwise. Feedback was promised throughout the process but even after chasing up over a month I still have not had any.
